What does Forever Better mean to you?
Forever better means that there's always room for improvement. Never settle. Be better.
How does your training routine look like?
Usually two practices a day, 6 days a week. Morning practice usually a lighter one with rehab, prehab and technical strength. Second practice is more of technical difficulties and improvements and more strength and stretching.
What are your goals for the future?
I have two very important goals in my career, first my personal goal is to compete at Olympics. I also want to be a great role model for people to recognize gymnastics as a beautiful sport but also to be the best role model as possible for kids. To have someone to look up to, both as an athlete but more importantly as a person.
What’s one piece of kit you could not live without?
Foam roller is one of the greatest inventions as well as the pressure point balls.
Why is Rest and Recovery important to your performance?
To be able to keep up such performance rest and recovery is key to success. I always need to keep my body in check and be able to trust my body to do everything that has to be done.
