What does Forever Better mean to you?
I believe that you must do what you love and thereby, you will love what you do. When you follow your passion you can be forever better in any situation of your life.
How does your training routine look like?
It starts with a warmup that always include a fun game before I head over to the more serious and hard part of the training, focused on strength, conditioning or wrestling. Then finishes off with relaxation including massage, stretching and conversation with my teammates.
What are your goals for the future?
My goal within the sport is to become a world and Olympic champion. My future lifegoal is to always stay healthy by following my heart and do what makes me happy.
What’s one piece of kit you could not live without?
With a simple exercise mat you can do anything. Using your own body for strength, flexibility or recovery.
Why is Rest and Recovery important to your performance?
When I train I break down my body and when I rest I build up my body. The body need to rest and recover to be able to break down and build up again. Psychological recovery e.g. spending time with family or friends, is necessary for me to keep my motivation going.
