What does Forever Better mean to you?
Forever Better is something that makes me think of performance and passion. Whether I am standing behind the starting line waiting for the shot, working at a technical at practice or just focusing at being mentally strong, the same feeling is always there. A feeling of forever better, the reason I do what I do, a passion for the sport I love.
How does your training routine look like?
My training routes looks different depending on which day of the week it is. It is a rolling schedule switching between training at the gym, technique training, different kind of intervals and last but not least rest and recovery.
What are your goals for the future?
My goals for the future is to see how far I can take my body. To practice hard, to do my best and take my body to the next level to get even better results.
What’s one piece of kit you could not live without?
The foam roller is the one piece of equipment I could not live without. It’s an important tool for us sprinters that does not only help our hamstrings, but also a lot of other tired muscles before and after practice.
Why is Rest and Recovery important to your performance?
Rest and Recovery is A to Z for an athlete. Track and field is about to be the best you can be all the time during competition. The winner is the person that gets the best results that day. To be able to perform at your best, rest and recovery is very important.
