A holistic approach, we all want a balance between being zen and strong that trying to mix yoga and strength training will be the next thing.
What makes you happy?
Just being around people I love, connecting with new people and creating, from recipes to photos, to planning a new trip!
How do you create balance in your life?
Taking a day for myself, to do nothing or just to explore a new interest, being alone brings me so much energy but also makes me calm down and create a balance between teaching and blogging.
What’s one piece of kit you could not live without?
Apple cider vinegar and a smoothie, so weird! but I drink ACV every morning and I feel it when I don’t. But also having a smoothie in the morning or as a snack gives me the opportunity to add nutrients to my body.
What are your goals for the future?
Being able to impact people through my experience and create a platform online that allows me to reach more of them.
Who inspires you and why?
My mum, so cheesy, but she is a warrior and she has been able to evolve and adapt and stay true to who she is no matter what.
