What drives you?
Mental and physical health, kindness, innovation, curiousity and education.
What’s next in training?
I believe the next in training is going to be - or at least SHOULD be - an holistic approach. Not just yoga but also weight lifting, not just weight lifting but also swimming etc. With this too comes the mental health as just as an important focus as the physical body. Understanding that mind and body works in a fragile symbiosis so we cannot care for the one without thinking about the other.
What makes you happy?
My dog, nature, freediving, yoga, meditation and MOVEMENT.
How do you create balance in your life?
I have yet to find a steady flow of balance but working hard towards that goal, is definitely getting me closer every day. What is helping me the most is definitely movement (hiking, sweating, freediving and yoga) and meditation.
What’s one piece of kit you could not live without?
My yoga mat.
What are your goals for the future?
To be able to live out my passion in wanting to help other people achieve and easier and healthier life through movement and mindfulness and kindness.
Who inspires you and why?
