What’s next in training?
To include training into your daily life. Make training part of your office job, encourage people to have walk-meetings and do mobility exercises while sitting at a desk.
What makes you happy?
It makes me happy to see people that never ever move, find inspiration and motivation to use their body to get more mobility, strength and stamina.
How do you create balance in life?
By having variety in my life but never overdoing it.
What’s one piece of kit you could not live without?
Pressure point ball! Always useful before and after dancing in heels and is also super easy to bring with you!
What are your goals for the future?
I really hope Stockholm Higheelers becomes my main source of income with several shows a month, spreading dance-happiness!
Who inspires you and why?
“Naprapatjonas”, for his everyday-movement-videos. “Earthyandy, for her food recipes and encouragement to everyone to do their own research what THEIR body wants and needs. Anders Hansen, for is research and books about what stamina workouts do to your brain.
