What does Forever Better mean to you?
For me Forever Better means that I'm always striving to improve myself, not only in my golf game, it's also important for me to evolve as a person and to keep a positive mindset. A good balance of my physical- and mental game is key in making me a better golfer and athlete.
How does your training routine look like?
I love starting my day early in the gym for a light workout before heading out to the golf course. This gives me the best opportunity to perform at my highest level. When I´m not lifting weights I make sure to get a couple of miles in the treadmill. After this I try and get at least 18 holes of golf in before look over the technical parts. My mindset has always been – Great putting and chipping makes a champion.
What are your goals for the future?
I have always dreamed about becoming a great champion, winning is everything to me. I want to be remembered as one of the greats.
What’s one piece of kit you could not live without?
My putter and my foam roller.
Why is Rest and Recovery important to your performance?
Golf is a game of skill and patience, one tiny mistake from lack of concentration could be the difference from winning and losing. That’s why recovery after long hours at the course is the key to success.
