What drives you?
I have always wanted to help people in some way. Yoga came into my life when I needed it the most, so to be able to share that with someone who might need it as much truly drives me.
What’s next in training?
Practicing mindfulness. We all need a little more breathing and grounding in our lives.
What makes you happy?
That post yoga- feeling, good music, white beaches, my boyfriend and all animals everywhere.
How do you create balance in your life?
The million dollar question. I try mixing my healthy vegan yogi life with going out with friends having a few beers and just let loose. That’s balance for me.
What’s one piece of kit you could not live without?
My Casall eco glass bottle. I bring it with me everywhere!
What are your goals for the future?
My goal is to host my own retreats and be able to travel the world sharing yoga, happiness and love.
Who inspires you and why?
My grandmother and my mother are my two biggest inspirations in life. They are two strong and fearless women who made me the brave woman that I am today.
