Women’s Sports Bras

Women's sports bras in high, medium and light support. Choose your level of support based on how much you move: high support for running and HIIT, medium support for the gym and Pilates, light support for yoga and walking. Each style is designed around how your body moves in that particular workout.

Which Sports Bra Should I Choose?

Start with how you train. The more you run, jump and change direction, the more support your bust needs.

• High support – for running, HIIT and jumping: Iconic Sports Bra, Iconic Adjustable Sports Bra, High Impact Sports Bra and Impact Zip Sports Bra.
• Medium support – for the gym, strength training, cycling, skiing and Pilates: Sleek Strappy Sports Bra and Wrap Sports Bra.
• Light support – for yoga, stretching, golf and walking: Soft Touch Padded Sports Bra.

Sports Bras for Larger Busts

If you have a larger bust, choose a sports bra sized by band and cup rather than XS–XL. The High Impact Sports Bra comes in EU band sizes 70–95 and cup sizes B–G, and cups E–G have a double hook-and-eye fastening at the back. The non-stretch inner cup holds your bust in place, while the stretchy outer fabric moves with your body.

Sports Bras with Hooks or a Front Zip

A sports bra with a fastening is easier to put on and take off, especially after a sweaty session. The High Impact Sports Bra has a flat fastening at the back that doesn't dig in. The Impact Zip Sports Bra fastens at the front with a zip.

How Long Does a Sports Bra Last?

Over time, the fabric and elastane lose their stretch, and the support fades with them. The Iconic Sports Bra is covered by Casall's durability guarantee and should keep its shape, fit and feel for at least 200 washes. In a study with the University of Portsmouth, it showed no statistically significant difference in breast movement after 200 washes.

How Do I Find the Right Sports Bra Size?

The underband provides most of the support. It should sit snugly and flat around your body and stay put when you lift your arms. The cups should hold your bust without it spilling over at the top or sides. Compare your underbust and bust measurements with the size guide on the product page.
