Returning Items
Enter your order number and the email address you used at the time of purchase to register your return. You can find your order number in your order confirmation.

It is important for us that you are satisfied with your purchase, you therefore have 14 days (right to return) from the date you receive the goods. You have the right to check that the product are ok. You as a consumer are however responsible for any loss of value of the goods resulting from the handling of the products beyond what is required to determine the nature, characteristics and function. Note that the right of return does not apply to lingerie.
Due to the product's potential value reduction, we want you to send the item back in the original packaging and label remain in the garment.
Of course! You can return products that you have bought during sale periods as well. Note that underwear are non-refundable, due to hygienic reasons.
It is possible to return swimwear that you have purchased through Casall Webshop.
Make sure that the hygiene protection and labels are still attached and that the product is sent back in its original packaging.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and want to replace a product, please send it back to us for a full refund. Then you can at your convenience, place a new order for the goods you wish to receive instead. Please note that we do not offer the possibility to directly exchange your goods
