You will receive your goods within 3-5 working days of our receipt of your order. The delivery time for certain products may be slightly longer during the peak season or in the event of high volumes. We make reservation for goods being sold out and for any errors in price that may occur. In such instances Casall will contact you to find out how you wish to proceed with your order. Be sure to fill in the correct address, if you would like to change the delivery address after the order is registered you will be charged a fee of 15 EUR. 

Packages that are not claimed within 14 days are returned to Casall. If this happens, a charge of 15 EUR is made for an unclaimed package. This corresponds to the costs we have incurred in dispatching the package and receiving it by return post. Unclaimed packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal.

It is important for us that you are satisfied with your purchase, you therefore have 14 days (right to return) from the date you receive the goods. You have the right to open the package and check that the product works. You as a consumer are however responsible for any loss of value of the goods resulting from the handling of the products beyond what is required to determine the nature, characteristics and function. Note that the right of return does not apply to lingerie. Due to the product's potential value reduction, we recommend that you send the item back in the original packaging and label remain in the garment.

Once your item(s) have been received and processed by our warehouse, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the payment to appear in your bank account.

All deliveries are insured by Casall. If the package is damaged before you open it, you must report this to the collection point. If you have already opened the package when you discover the damage, use the return slip that came with the package; damaged goods are replaced free of charge by Casall. In such instances it is important that you return the product within 14 days.
