Prices quoted include VAT. Special charges are added for carriage, payment against invoice and unclaimed packages.
To safeguard your interests as a customer, we apply the provisions of the Swedish Consumer Purchases Act (SFS 1990:932), the Swedish Distance and Doorstep Sales Act (SFS 2005:59) and the Swedish Personal Data Act (SFS 1998:204) to all purchase agreements. When you place your order, we send an order confirmation; the purchase agreement comes into force when you have received this confirmation. We reserve the right to decline an order; this may be because we do not have the product in stock or we have been unable to reserve the money from your credit card. If we have any problems with your order, we will contact you. Casall does not conclude agreements with minors (under the age of 18) without the legal guardian's approval.
In the event of any errors in stock status or price, Casall reserves the right to cancel the purchase agreement. All photographic information must be viewed as illustrations and cannot be guaranteed to represent the precise appearance of the product. PRICE & PRODUCT INFORMATION
We constantly strive to have as correct product information as possible to ensure that you are astisfied with your purchase. However sometimes the stock levels are not correct (especially at Sale periods) and we rthen reserve the right to cancel those articles. You will of course be notified by email.
We’re proud of our designs and have carefully chosen each colour. We have worked hard to ensure that the colours of our clothing and products are displayed accurately on our site, however, as displays can vary from screen to screen, we can’t guarantee that your screen will display any colour with 100% accuracy.
If a product has been shipped incorrectly or is faulty, Casall will naturally pay for the return postage. Casall complies with the Swedish Consumer Purchases Act and refers to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Complaints and Swedish law in the event of any dispute.
You will receive your goods within 3-5 working days of our receipt of your order. The delivery time for certain products may be slightly longer during the peak season or in the event of high volumes. We make reservation for goods being sold out and for any errors in price that may occur. In such instances Casall will contact you to find out how you wish to proceed with your order. Be sure to fill in the correct address, if you would like to change the delivery address after the order is registered you will be charged a fee of £14,95. Packages that are not claimed within 14 days are returned to Casall. If this happens, a charge of £14,95 is made for an unclaimed package. This corresponds to the costs we have incurred in dispatching the package and receiving it by return post. Unclaimed packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal.
It is important for us that you are satisfied with your purchase, you therefore have 14 days (right to return) from the date you receive the goods. You have the right to open the package and check that the product works. You as a consumer are however responsible for any loss of value of the goods resulting from the handling of the products beyond what is required to determine the nature, characteristics and function. Note that the right of return does not apply to lingerie.
Due to the product's potential value reduction, we recommend that you send the item back in the original packaging and label remain in the garment.
For bulky pakages that require home delivery (orders over 20kg) you should contact email@example.com and we will help you with your return. Please note that products can't be used and should be sent back in their original packaging for full refund. If the product is assembled or used we will make a 20% price reduction when we refund.
All deliveries are insured by Casall. If the package is damaged before you open it, you must report this to the collection point. If you have already opened the package when you discover the damage, use the return slip that came with the package; damaged goods are replaced free of charge by Casall. In such instances it is important that you return the product within 14 days.
If payment is made by card, Casall reserves the right to check the card's validity, that there is cover for the purchase price and the buyer's address details. Casall reserves the right to refuse a purchase.
By law, Casall is unable to sell to people under the age of 18.

- Exercise equipment: Take to nearest recycling point and sort in accordance with instructions.
In the event of circumstances beyond our control, for example amended legislation, authority measures, strike, blockade, sabotage, war, terrorism, fire, flooding, natural disasters or similar, Casall's obligations to fulfil the purchase agreement are deferred until these circumstances have been resolved. If such a delay takes longer than two months, both you and Casall have the right to cancel the agreement with immediate effect without any obligation to pay damages.
